Hemos hecho todo lo que corresponde, pero el Estado sigue ausente\u201d.<\/strong> Asimismo agreg\u00f3: \u201cEl\u00a0 60% de la fuerza laboral en nuestro sector son mujeres y jefas del hogar\u201d y que el Gobierno no estar\u00eda tomando cartas en el asunto, mientras que<strong> Walmart proyecta inversiones por US $1.300 millones al 2029, con la apertura de 70 nuevos supermercados, sin garantizar condiciones laborales dignas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Desde 2024, diversas <strong>organizaciones sindicales p\u00fablicas y privadas han conformado la Organizaci\u00f3n de Reclamantes de Convenios Internacionales del Trabajo (ORCIT),<\/strong> agrupando a SIL, FRENTRAMUCH, ANFURCICH y ANFUSSML y desde 2019 han ingresado 14 denuncias ante organismos internacionales por vulneraci\u00f3n de derechos de los trabajadores.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto,<strong> Nelly D\u00edaz<\/strong>, dirigenta de ANFURCICH, afirm\u00f3: <strong>\u201cHace dos a\u00f1os presentamos reclamaciones ante la OIT<\/strong> y no hemos recibido respuesta. Tenemos compa\u00f1eros despedidos y trabajadores en condiciones precarias\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el presidente de la FENTRAMUCH, Fabi\u00e1n Caballero, se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cExigimos una se\u00f1al clara del Gobierno. El Ministerio del Trabajo debe garantizar el cumplimiento de tratados internacionales y reconocer la sistem\u00e1tica vulneraci\u00f3n de derechos en
